This study addresses the absence of a formal forest therapy prescription system in South Korea by proposing a systematic model that links forest therapy infrastructure with medical services. Drawing on case analyses and a Focus Group Interview (FGI) with experts in forest therapy, welfare, psychiatry, health, and nursing, the study identifies key components and application strategies for implementing a Korean forest therapy prescription model. The findings provide a practical foundation for developing personalized, medically linked forest therapy services and strengthening the infrastructure needed to support them.
