This study provides foundational data for developing forest therapy programs aimed at improving mental health, with a particular focus on depression, anxiety, and stress. By reviewing academic studies, governmental casebooks, and field-based forest therapy programs in Korea, the research analyzes program structures and activity types across disciplines and identifies key elements for more effective intervention design. The study offers a structured basis for diversifying and professionalizing forest therapy programs to support more specialized and evidence-based approaches to mental health care.
